Mini Photo Session with Santa

Cincy Santa has 14 years’ of experience as a professional Santa in the Tri-State area. For the past seven years he has delighted many children, as well as adults, with his ‘magical’ storytelling. During that time, you may have met him at Holiday Junction in the Cincinnati Museum Center, where he is the head Santa, talking to and playing with the children.

In each private session with Santa, the parents and children will be swept away into the magic of Santa’s North Pole. Our professional photographer from Lifelong Memories will capture both posed and candid moments of the family. The imagination of the children will take them on an adventure as they interact one on one with Santa.

What Your Organization Can Earn

• 15-35 families earns $25 per family
• 36+ families earns $30 per family
• Days and Hours for Santa In Toyland are set by your organization

What your organization would be responsible for:

• A secure area for Santa’s studio. (Approximately 200 square foot with 8 foot ceiling – 20′ x 10′)
• Distribution of printed and/or digital promotional material to your families
• One or two staff to assist Santa and his Elves with set-up, check-in, and break-down

What Cincy Santa will provide:

• Printed and/or digital promotional material for your distribution
• All props and backdrops needed for the photo set
• Registration and payment collection
• Up to $30 for each family booked
• If your organization books 35 or more families, Cincy Santa will include
  a 30-minute Storytime for your organization
• Cincy Santa is insured and has a background check done yearly.
